Appreciate any help with this. When my `98 S70 GLT reaches 60mph, it starts to vibrate. If I go faster, the vibration sometimes gets more severe, but some times lessens in severity. Help!

 

whats vibrating?, my car(same as yours) get pretty loud around 60, and at 80 will start to whilstle (unfortunatly not in any musical tone)

 

The steering wheel vibrates so it seems like it would be coming from out of balance wheels. But I`ve also heard that the axles could be a problem. Just don`t know if this is common. I do echo Tech`s past comments: These cars are not the smoothest riding. They will never be confused with a BMW, but then again I would probably never get a BMW!

 

ok, yeah I would check that out, I though u meant vibrations from the engine

 

Sorry for the late post. Had the tires re-balanced and that took care of it. $40 at Big O Tires.
