Hello I have a 2001 Volvo V70 and on the passenger side the front fender is dented and the passenger door is also dented. I was wondering if any body panels off of any similar model year Volvos would fit on my car. Thanks for the help and suggestions.

Not exactly. They will all interchange but there are small differences. For example, the signal light in the front fenders is higher on the 2006-07 models. The door trim also goes from flat black rubber to color matched. Front and rear fascias also have small differences.
