Question volvo v70 iii 2.4d - cabin ventilator and 12v

After a period of inactivity, my volvo v70 iii will not blow in cold air into the cabin. It is not the compressor-refri - the problem is electric as the valves do not work. What I have been able to detect is
- the 12v outlets in the cabin (front and back) do not work -
- fuse 25 is good but there is no electricity on the whole row of those fuses
- the ventilator runs but the valves do not change. As a result - only VERY hot air is blow into to the cabin
Would any of you have any idea where to look for a solution as to the electrical system ?..

Best,

What year is your V70? I assume the "iii" suffix means phase 3, 2008 or later.

I do not know the answer to your problem but there may be a reset procedure for your ACC system.

Best,
a whole row of dead fuses would make me look at the common ground or power feed.
Is this fuse located in the engine bay ?
