Default Window, Mirror, and Power locks Temperamental????

My drivers side door is having some issues electrically..

Window, Mirror switch, and power lock on the driver door only work when its 90+ degrees out.

It's not the switch, brought it to a local mechanic recently and he tried multiple switches with the same issues...

What should I look for? going to pull the door apart and check the wiring, but does anyone else have ideas / similar experiences?

Thanks,
Dave

The drivers master window switch is actually a module that requires a software download if you replace it. This might be the issue

I have the original switch still in the door.
