I'm a seasoned Volvo owner, from 1978 to last year, mainly 240's with a '94 850 and recently a '02 V70. I would love to buy another V70, but the 'newest' year here in the states is 2010.
I need some opinions about purchasing a used 2010 V70. It would be my main car/transportation and it would be well maintained and cared for, but is it worth buying a 3 year old Volvo or go with something else.

I purchased a 2008 v70 at a very good price. Ihave seen the same car many places for $5000 more than I paid. The car had been on the dealers lot for 90 days and they wanted to move it. The salesman said no one wanted a wagon, just suv's. He said only certain people were looking for Volvo wagons and there weren't many of us out there. lol. So far so good, i had a brake pressure pump leak, so I replaced that. My wife and I love the car. Almost like new to us. I hope to get at least 6 years use from this car.
