04 XC70 - what’s a realistic price to sell?
What can I expect to receive for this great car? Or should I just donate it for a $500 tax deduction as I have all my previous Volvos which we own until they reach 240+K? It’s an emotional thing. Hate to give it away...
The good news:
“only” 150K; faithfully maintained; clean car fax
beautiful interior (spotless leather) and excellent exterior (navy)
just replaced the timing belt!!
4 new tires, brakes
great dependable reliable driving since owning it 2011
The bad news:
driver side front end coil needs replacement now
future repair- radiator (no emergency)
Can’t say enough about how great this car has been to own and dive. Other than maintenance, it’s been a dream to own and hate to let it go.

KBB suggests your car in "good" condition is worth about $2400 as a private party sale. Repairing the front coil spring would set you back $300-400 parts/labor/alignment (less if you do the work, more if you decide to do both front springs/struts). Radiator replacement would go for about $600-800 so as is a reasonable asking price is $1500 to $2000.
