I have been looking at S80s but now I'm thinking XC70 would be a better fit for my needs.
Anyways, does the '11 XC70 T6 AWD come with a spare tire (space saver/full size)?
How much does it cost to install a trailer hitch (to be used with a sparebumper rather than actual towing)?

I am assuming the mechanics of the XC70 T6 is the same as the S80 on which I had already done some research.

Space saver spare I believe.

Aftermarket towing hitch very similar to OE hitch is available from eTrailer.com and I think it's about $200. Even has a video showing how to install it. Didn't look too difficult.

I know you didn't suggest you intend to tow anything, but should you want to tow with it you should install a Volvo transmission cooler from what I understand. Many suggest a transmission filter as well. This last part is simply FYI.
