I had to repair the radiator fan unit when it would not shut down. It ended up draining a battery before I could get it to the shop. After I replaced the battery (it was dead and couldn't be jumped) the CCM won't power on.

I've been reading that a software reload is a possible fix. I am trying to avoid bleeding lots more money at a dealership on this and was wondering if buying a DICE tool with the VIDA software would help. I've got a copy of VIDA running on my laptop but before I buy a DICE online I was just curious as to if it would allow me to try and reload the software and if anyone had any knowledge/advice on the topic.
