2004 subframe mounting large washer plates
How many of these large washers are supposed to be included when you bolt the subframe up to the frame? There were only two on my car. I bought the car new in 2004 and nobody has been into the subframe since purchased. The pictures included for the subframe mounting and bushing kits only show two washers (but at least one supplier lists that 4 are included in the kit even though the picture shows just two). Without the large washers though, the subframe bolt just pushes on the center rubber part of the subframe bushing. I don't understand why two of these bushings don't have the large washers?
Also there are white plastic bushing (guides? not sure what they are called) that are attached to the frame and the center of the subframe bushing slides over that guide. There are only two of those as well leaving the other two subframe bushings to simply wobble around with only the bolt penetrating the bushing. Are there supposed to be two or four?
Did Volvo forget to install these components on my car?

Anybody? The plastic bushing guides hang down from the main frame. They reveal themselves only when you drop the subframe. They are about 1 inch in diameter and the subframe bushings fit nicely over them. Why would there be only two instead of all four bushings?
The picture didn't upload the first time and the second is blurry. But the front two bolts are the only ones that use the large metal washer. The rear just use the plate that also has the two smaller screws.
