Well...for all those in California, and mybe this applys to other states right now....

If you thinking about ordering Custom License Plates through the DMV...right now...FORGET IT.
I placed my order back in August 08, and the twelve weeks are almost up, so I called the DMV....
They said that it would take~ 5-6 months before they will come in...that is if they even do come in [sm=headbang.gif].
I knew the state budget was bad, but it wasn't at the time of ordering....
What really sucks is that the government takes your moneybefore you get your crap...that is if you even will get by next year. I like how the government is so fast to take your money, but will take thier sweet time getting what you bought to you.
Just a heads up for those thinking about ordering them ([sm=badidea.gif]), or wondering where theirs is.

Just ask for a refund and forget the plate. Not worth it IMO.

 

That is another thing that sucks...
NO REFUNDS what so ever...and I really don't want to get involved with the government anymore than I actually have to.

UPDATE: Well I just go the Plates today. They where only ~month late.
