Cool 2008 xc70 135k miles (beautiful machine)

Hey all and Mighty Day! I recently bought this vehicle that had been sitting in a garage for some time. Battery goes dead every week, cant figure out what the draw is from. That is not my main issue. I went to get it registered and smogged in the state of California, I know, tough sometimes. Everything went great, passed with flying colors. Only issue though was to get it to fire up I would have to hold down the gas a little, and off to the dream. The smog guy said add some high millage seafoam and octane booster. Well, that messed up the cylinders. Reset everything and it was just number 2 that was misfiring. Switched the pig tail with number 1 and now it has the same problem. Tried others and neither will go. So, new plugs, coils, fuel injectors and still the same problem. Any help would be extremely grateful as I really want to keep this ride.

bad advise on the Seafoam / octane booster. You get the same benefit by running a couple tankfuls of brand name 93 octane. You didn't mention if your start issue is for cold starts only or for all starts. Are you getting any other fault codes other than the P0302 or P0301? To What happens if you put the old coils back in? To note, coils don't go bad all at once - so its simpler to just replace the one on the cylinder that's acting up. Also not sure what you meant when you said you swapped the pig tails - are you saying you took the lead from coil 2 and moved it to coil 1???
