Best way to remove exhaust manifold stud?

Default Best way to remove exhaust manifold stud?
I have one stud that I need to remove from block. Nut came off. Just don't want to risk breaking the stud trying to remove it. Will be installing all new studs. Any tips would be great. Thanks!!!

The stud should come out of the block very easily.

I ended up using the 2 nut method to unscrew it from the block. It wasn't broken. Came out without too much problem. Replaced all studs. Good as new! Thanks for your replies!
