Changing spark plugs, is this a doit yourself job?
For a person with just average mechanical skills?
I have a 2004 XC70 non turbo.
Also, my car seems to have very slight hiccups at highway speed when the A/C is running? None when air is off.
Volvo dealership did not find any codes, and told me its probably the plugs?
Whats your opinion before I either try to change the plugs out, or have someone do it for 200.00 (estimate given)
Thanks in advance

You need an allen key to remove the engine plastic cover, then a long socket with extension to remove the spark plugs. The plugs could be hard to remove, go carefully, with cold engine.
Not sure about the hiccups, could be the plugs, could be something else. If I remember well, worn out plugs would cause acceleration lag even at low city speed.
Have a look at the alternator (charging voltage), and to the auxiliary belt and pulleys.
