Codes on my 2005 XC 70

Codes on my 2005 XC 70
My 2005 XC 70 started running poorly - intermittent rough idle, lack of power. It starts ok, runs, but not good. Ran the codes at the auto parts store, they are:
- Engine Control Module (929D)
- Ignition Coil Cylinder 5 Signal (354B)
- Throttle Valve (9270)
- Mass or Volume Air Flow A circuit range/performance (P0101)
- System too rich off idle bank (P2178)
With so many messages, anyone have any thoughts on the most likely culprit/where to start. So far, have cleaned the MAF, seemed to make some improvement.
