Default Drivers side headlight

So my passenger side headlight and driver side blinker were out. I put new bulbs in but the blinker still wouldn't work. I ended up putting in a new blinker socket and that worked.

However, while taking bulbs out I took the drivers side headlight bulb out and put it in the passenger side to make sure it needed a new bulb. The bulb worked in the passenger side but when i put a new one in the driver side it didn't work. So I tried another new bulb, it didn't work. I tried the new bulbs in the passenger side and they did work. The high beam works. I have the dipped beam failure warning. All fuses associated with the lights are good.

Today I pulled bulbs and got the multimeter on it. There is no voltage coming to the bulb connector. I disconnected the whole headlight harness and there is voltage there. (if you're looking at the end of the harness with the clip on bottom from left to right slots 1,2,3,4 the voltage shows up on slots 3 and 4 and 1 and 4 when the high beams are on. so I assume the ground is slot 4) There is continuity from the bulb connector to where the harness plugs in on both the power and ground wires. but seemingly on the pins that align with slots 2 and 4. Why would this happen? Should there be voltage with slot 2 and the ground? does anyone have the wiring diagram they could put up for me?
