Default Instrument cluster dead 2001 xc70

I have a 2001 XC70 and the entire instrument cluster just went dead. No lights, no gauge readings. The ac controls in the center console also don't work but the radio does. Interestingly the turn signals work even though nothing blinks on the dashboard. I have checked all the fuses. What is the problem?

I recently had the same problem until I disconnected and reconnected the battery

It's better to remove fuse and and put it back if you need to resent the dash.
Fuses are in the driver compartment.
The right fuse should be named as "Extended distribution I".

If after fuse removal dash does not work but everything works after disconnecting the battery that means the issue is not in the dash.
