The seat belt for the rear center seat does not tighten; I've pulled it out and it simply remains out without tightening. From posts I've read all over I gather I have to remove the seat and the seat back opens and I need to replace the mechanism. I'm thinking it is straightforward but then again it is a Volvo so facing complexity never surprises me.
I would like to know if any special tool is required or if there is any surprise lurking in this project before I proceed.
