Rebuilt Gearbox, no motion
I've just replaced the AW55-51SN Auto box in a 2001 V70XC with a rebuilt unit out of a 2003 XC70 (I've fitted new clutch packs, seals, etc, and fitted new linear solenoids).
I can hear the mechanical selection (a light 'clunk') when selecting reverse or drive, but the car will not move. I've checked that there is fluid flow through the cooler, which indicates that the pump is working, so I assume the problem is not the torque converter.
I've taken the revs up to close to 4000, without effect.
Anyone got any ideas as to what could be wrong?
