My daughter smashed both headlamps on our XC70. I am looking at the IPD website and they list TYC brand replacements that are aftermarket but hopefully up to OEM Volvo standards

I have used TYC to replace headlight housings on my S60. $300 set vs $2k set from volvo. I had one come in damaged and it was promptly replaced. I bought them through ebay.
