Default Replacing rear upper control arm

I found a replacement upper control arm for the rear of a 2002 V70XC at the junkyard on a 2001 model. A new arm is about $230 without bushings. I got everything off except where it attaches on both sides at the end toward the center of the car. I got the bolt out of each end. Is there a tool to get the bushings out of the mounting bracket so the control arm can come out?

A picture of the arm is here: OES Genuine W0133-1898049 Control Arm | Auto Parts Warehouse

As you can see, the one end has protrusions out both sides which go into bushings in a close fitting piece on both ends, so the arm is essentially trapped until the bushings are removed, or am I missing something?

Thanks
