Default Steering Wheel Bezel Install

How do I remove an old & install a new, plastic bezel to a 2010 XC70 four spoke steering wheel?

I've searched YouTube & all I can locate is removing the entire wheel starting with the air bag. I'm not keen on having to do that, but certainly could do so after watching a detailed video a few times!

The new bezel has only four plastic tabs, two with small, round hole-like slots, but needless to say, I do not want to break anything! Thanks!

Once the airbag is out, it just pulls out.

Is removing the air bag the only way to get the new bezel installed?

I saw on a YouTube video where the bag is removed by inserting a screwdriver into both holes behind the wheel & pulling up to release it and then just remove the three connector clips. That correct?

Any other advice that will save me grief? Thanks!

Yes, the airbag needs to be removed.

And yes, that's all there is to it. Use a mirror to look to see what you're working with. It can be tricky if you've never done it before. Remove the bezel below the instrument panel to give yourself some more room.

First disconnect the battery to prevent the air bag blow out, get the mirror to look behind steering spokes there are two torx screws, (I'm not remember the size) loose the screws they' re stay do't try to take them out, once the screw loosen you just pull the hub with air bag out, disconnect the air bag wiring, remove the steering column bolt, you need puller to remove steering wheel, then remove the bezel, be careful don't break those clips.
