Default Triple CEL

Kind of a long story but essentially my girlfriend and her mom checked out a 2007 xc70 for me. No noises, non-leaky engine bay and relatively clean fluids. Anyways I give them the green light and the car is purchased, about 20 minutes into the drive home they say the CEL came on and with a OBD scanner found

P0304- (misfire in cylinder 4)
P0088-(Fuel Rail/ system pressure too high)
P2195- (02 sensor signal biased/stuck lean)

I want to check the injectors and fuel pressure sensor but I don’t know what else needs to be checked. I don’t think there is a leak in the system- they said they don’t smell any fuel.

Any wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

For your misfire code. Swap #4 coil in to another cylinder. Check the plug and if it's not new - replace the set.(with the correct plugs!) Clear the code and see what comes back. Don't waste time "checking injectors", it would be rare for an injector to be a problem.

Fuel pressure - clear the code and check with a compatible scan tool and with a mechanical gauge. If it comes back - the fuel pressure sensor is a common replacement item (as long as your scan tool and mechanical gauge agree with those findings.

O2 sensor code - could be related to fuel pressure - clear and see what comes back after you solve the first 1 or 2 codes.
