Wanted to share my new wheel set up.
A while back I had the opportunity to buy a set of mint condition Propus BBS wheels from the original owner. BBS stem caps included!
I also got a set of like new Toyo Open Country AT3 224/65/17 for a great price
Though they are conflicting styles I wanted to slap them together and see if they fit.
The front end has no rubbing issues (unless you hit a deep pothole, dip etc) no turning rubbing either.
the rear end is real close to rubbing on the front most side of the wheel well. I’ve made a bit more space by cutting and tucking the wheel liner behind the plastic fender flares.
I think they look great. A bit odd sure but unique and still functions for what I need.
This is also a RHD XC in Canada so it’s already a bit odd. Pre-liner modification Post-liner modification. I can still modify it further but tucking and molding it. I’ll be doing that soon.
