XC70 cloudy headlight assm, drivers window and liftgate fails

XC70 cloudy headlight assm, drivers window and liftgate fails
I bought a 2012 XC70 and thrilled with it. Three issues I'd like to handle
1 - Drivers side window goes up part way and goes back down. Second attempt works if I hold the switch.
2 - Headlight housing is cloudy. There's many brands available. Looking for recommendations and just as important, brands to avoid.
3 - Rear gate is electric and goes up but droops down about a foot. How do I repair this?
