1983 ATF fluid type?

Hi,

Does anyone out there know what is the correct ATF for a 1983 240 DL with a 4 speed tranny?

Dexron in its current form, or a synthetic like Wolf Head makes that's good for any transmission, even CVTs, at comparable cost.
