Does anyone know where I can get a windshield gasket for a 1994 960? It is no longer available thru parts dealers/

 

The windshield is glued into the body. Are you asking about the trim moldings?

 

The rubber trim that goes around the windshield between the body and the windshield. When driving on the highway the windshield is banging terribly. (no more hwy time til this is repaired.)

 

The trim is held on with 15 of the #4 plastic clip. They break when old (30years) and the the trim won't be held into place. You can buy the clips for about $3.50 each - but on some cars the clips are embedded under the windshield so you can't replace the clips without removing the windshield. You could try something like clear silicone to glue the trim down. Or, the trim is just for looks - and the car can be driven without it. As I mentioned the windshield is actually glued into the body,
