I recently bought a 440 UK model. It had a problem with the alternator so I removed it to test it. On replacing it I found that I had disturbed an electic cable and cannot find where it plugs in. I've attached 2 photos showing the cable and its connector and would appreciate it if fellow 440 owners could take a look to see if you recognise where the cable should go.

Cable from picture goes nowhere, I have two volvo's 440 (1988. and 1990.) and that cable is not connected!

If your volvo didnt work, we will find problem
