Blown BW 35 auto trans in a really nice 1973 145.
love this car, it's all original other than the tires. Beautiful ocean green paint. The transmission is missing second gear entirely. Local trans shops don't want to touch it. This car lives in Los Angeles. Los Angeles has a major lack of good auto shops.
what are my options?
I do not want to convert it to manual.
Are there other transmissions that fit?
BW 35 are difficult to locate.
