Driver's sun visor 2011 XC70

Default Driver's sun visor 2011 XC70
I've removed the securing screw and bolt.....But I have no idea how to get the wire off...

The wire looks as though it goes directly into the metal pipe that it swivels on.

Can anybody suggest what to do?

Further to this....I'm aware now that there is a little black connector but it is buried up inside the ceiling ...
How do I get that out? It seems like its trapped...
