I have a volvo 440 1.8 si 8v am trying to remove the head but am strugling.ifanyone hasstep by step with pics if poss and also how to time up cambelt that would great..my autodata on my laptop has gone belly up so a bit of a sh*t one .and again if anyone can help i would thankyou so much regs jason ..
