It's a 2007 XC90 "low beam failure". Fuses are fine, bulbs are new. I've searched and searched for a "how to" video but nothing on my model and year. Some say it's the ballast, but honestly I can't find the ballast on this vehicle . It's suppose to be under the light itself but I pulled the lights and I see nothing with 6 screws to take out and replace. The lights have been fine until a couple days ago. I need help please !

 

Most likely CEM (Central Electronic Module) is to blame.
