I recently changed the headlight myself because I wasn't going to pay the dealer $500 to do it. I got everything right but now the high beams on that headlight wont work and all the wiring is good. HELP

 

Is headlight switch on the last or thirdposition.. if it at "0" high beam will not stay on... but u can still flash your high beam... Check your fuse if u are in correct position. hope that helps

PS once in a blue moon the connector of the high beam bulb may burnt up.. I hope that didn't happen to you.

 

The thing is the other light that was one, the high beams work for it but this light that I changed, the high beams don't work and all the plugs are in and the fuses are fine

 

Simple as it sounds, but did you check the bulb to just make sure it wasn't blown? Swap the bulb with the other side?

 

I put in brand new bulbs when I bought the light I'm going to have to check the wiring again. I need a repair manual does anyone know where i can get one cheap?

 

Just because they are brand new doesn't mean they're not broken...before you go crazy, I'd at least try and make sure it wasn't the bulb.
