93 240 Wagon. Has an aftermarket, Sony, head and speakers. The Sony CD does not work. I want to replace the unit as easily as possible. I need radio and cd, single is fine. Any suggestions for easy installation and not too expensive?

 

Any head unit you get will be as easy as the next to install... For the ultimate in easy, just replace the H/U with one of a like model. What model is the H/U?
