I have a 1993 Volvo 850 GLT, and I am looking to replace its in-car stereo system (just the deck). The stereo I am looking at is a Single DIN deck, but my car has a Double DIN (DD) deck.
The single DIN deck is $100, and the double DIN is $380

1. Can I install the Single DIN head deck without problems?

2. If not, are there any REALLY CHEAP Double DIN Head decks?

I was also looking at my local Sony store, and I found four "2 XPlod kickers and a 600-watt amp for $225 (without installation)...is this a good deal?
