CD Changer SC-816 vs. SC-811

Does anyone know if a Volvo remote CD Changer for the SC-811 will work with the SC-816?

Not sure but probably will. Make sure it has the same end connector.

Yes it will. My sons 850 came with the SC-811 and we put in a 6 CD Changer. A friend of mine had an 850 wagon with the SC-816 and it was a clean swap. Just remember to have the code for the new head unit.
