Is there such a thing as an adapter to convert a DIN (on my HU613) to a stereo headphone jack? I have a Sandisk MP3 player and want to connect it to the HU. FM Transmitter sucks. Should I just buy a new headunit?

No I don't know of a tutorial of how to do it. Nor do I know what you need or where to buy the items.

Honestly I would just buy an Ipod and buy a Ipod adapter made for that HU.

Yes, there are ways....but if you're willing to go aftermarket for a HU anyway I'd strongly suggest that instead. I've read a few different write ups for several different Volvo brand HU's and it seems that with every newer release HU a new sollution has to be created.....when the old sollution didn't sound that great to begin with. The OEM world just doesn't want us consumers messing around with their ****.
