Default HID headlights

I am adding the link to pics of my car that show the HID lights I bought a while back. My best friend got them for his Audi A4 as well. I think that other than the wheels, this is my favorite upgrade. The difference from stock is amazing. These things were $350 shipped and the bulbs last 2000 hrs. I got the 6000k which are whiter than factory HID's ( Stock HID's are 4500k) Never get the 8000k's b/c they use colored bulbs too appear purplish and actually reduce the lumens produced. There is a cool site called the do's and don'ts of HID. When I pull up next to an Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, etc. My lights wash theres off the road. They are made by interpower and I got them from advantagewholesaler.com

Link doesn't work and $350 is outragrous to pay for HID's...

SharpHID.com and a few other places sell complete kits for under $150. Some under $100.

The kits are quality and the customer service was amazing!

Also 4500k-5000k are the brightest HID's you can purchase. Anything above 5000k is just a color change and you loose lumens.

hi iv used all bulbs 4300k yelow- 5000k sort of light green - 6000k white - 8000k 10000k 12000k light blue - blue - dark blue. the white is the best to see with but the blues are all useless. all hid bulbs use a frequency IE a wavelenth to make the color and all bulbs are clear glass- no color is used to color the light produced from the bulb at all. unlike some normal bulbs.
