I recently bought a 2003 S60 and want to take my Pioneer AVIC D3 double din stereo outof mytruck and put it in the S60. I have an install kit for a 2005 S60 that looks like it would would work. I will be calling them tomorrow to get some details. Attached is a picture, tel me what you think.

 

I found one. Yesterday I ordered a Double Din panel from a Volvo dealership.

 

Ihave the AVIC D3 in my S60, and I love it to death. It's a very nice piece to have, especially in the city with all the traffic jams. That kit looks nice, but its a little different from.It should still work for you.
