AC Retrofit basic kit availability BASIC KIT 9145660-8

AC Retrofit basic kit availability.

Have a 88 Volvo 740T. Only needs the basic kit. Minimal parts to replace, easy enough. Just need the kit.... Where to get?

that PN isn't in the dealer parts catalogs any more which means it no longer exists.

okay, I believe that. 88 is getting old. I did see a few kit's elsewhere.

From what I remember, all those kits consisted of was a drier, and the O rings. They were around $80 from Volvo. Point is, you don't really need a Volvo kit to convert the A/C to 134--most of the cost is the labor.
