'00 V70 "ETC" Light illuminated, car not starting
hey all, I have a 2.4l v70 and have a ETC light illuminated on my dash. I looked in the owners manual and it says Electronic throttle controll system fault, consult volvo technician. Does anybody have an idea what parts are bad or how to fix this problem? Thanks for the help,
