head/ head gasket replacement
I wrote in about cooling issues yesterday. Today it seems more likely that it is a head gasket, or worse....a cracked head. Anyone have any notes or experience on doing this? any tips or tricks?
thanks in advance!

Mark everything very good.
Make sure you find the timing marks before pulling apart. This way you will know it is 100% in time when you put it together.
Careful removing the Cam cover. Loosen the screws somewhat slowly alittle at a time and try to get the seal to break. This way the Cams will come up slowly.
Same when going back in.
Make sure you have an Angle guage you will need it for the Headbolts.
I would also replace the Headbolts. I have seen them break off when going back in before.
