Block won’t hold torque and need to install timeserts . Not wanting to pull engine for machinist ( only way he will do it ) . Any advice is appreciated in advance . 2008 C30 head gasket was replaced and head rebuilt .

 

see your other post for some insights - Google to find the specs of Volvo head bolts to find the correct size of the timeserts. Volvo seems to use the same bolts for the past 20 years ie bolt/hread size = M12x1,75x157mm then google/check Youtube for instructions on installing into a block.
