I just joined to ask some tech questions but i dont see a post new thread option on the main forum. Can someone tell me how to start a new thread?

What you need to do is go into the forum that you want to post the new thread. Then, just click on new thread just like you did for this forum. If you still don't see the new thread button, then you may need to post a few threads before you can post everywhere.
