got a private message but it says i dont have that privalege to read ?? any help appreciated

Check to see if your pop up blocker is blocking the message.

I looked it all over again and all seems in order.
But I think there is a setting in the forum that I cannot access. I think you have to have like 10 posts to be able to PM but I am not 100% sure.
