Default Sponsor Issue

I ordered parts for my Volvo on Monday from a site sponsor. Based on shipping info, as well as info from the sponsor all parts should have arrived in one box, under one shipping number. I understand its the weekend, and they are not working, however I trusted that company to get me my parts, that i paid for, correctly, in a timely manner, with no issue. What recourse do I have.

At this point, I choose not to name the sponsor, with the hopes of them showing their customer service and making this right. If my bank account had not had the money when I made the agreement to purchase from them, I would hae had repercussions, what should they do to make this right? I am now without my car another week, due to a companies error. Suggestions?

rant off

John

I would contact them ASAP and talk to them. Also see if they will agree to send overnight or faster than they did before.

I don't think they work weekends. I sent three emails, a message via PM on this website, left two voicemails, a message of facebook and sent an IM via the companies website. I am super frustrated for all the obvious and stated reasons. I simply feel i should get better customer service.

Not sure if the parts even shipped or not, but remember that this time of year once something ships it can be a while as UPS/FedEx/USPS are all backlogged.

I agree with Bender, this time of year we all have to be a little "extra" patient as there are 10x more packages in the mail..Try to get a hold of the company. If they don't return your calls or emails in a timely manner, then you can call your credit card company and file for Arbitration and they will start to call for you... If they blow off the Credit Card company then you should see a refund. If you paid with PayPal, same thing

Just be patient as the Holidays make things crazy for any one company!

Thanks for the replies. I am hoping they contact me tomorrow, during normal business hours. I seriously doubt it is anything but an error that they can remedy. Tomorrow will hopefully end with a solution.
