V70 2001 lights

Hi.

I've just bought a volvo v70 2.4t 2001. There's a problem with the lights switch,

when the light switch is on the off position the lights are still full on. They work fine on the other positions. Can someone please help??

That is normal if you are in the US.

Yeah I know. But it's not normal that they don't go off with the ignition off and key out :/
