1995 940 wagon
So here's the question: is it worth fixing my beloved 210K-mile car, or should I just call it a day?
Body is near-perfect. Interior likewise. Brakes, suspension, wiring, all in excellent condition. Problem areas include: 1) catalytic converter needs replacement, although not an emergency; 2) oil leaks from front and rear of engine and needs to be topped up every two weeks or so; 3) coolant disappears very, very slowly from reservoir; 4) air conditioning doesn't cool; 5) the engine surges, and then sometimes stalls at idle (runs smoothly once underway, though).
But despite those problems, the car runs great and provides good and useful service.
Comments?

RE: 1995 940 wagon
I've had the same for 2 years. I plan to keep on fixing until I see rust. Parts will get harder to find and pricey, but so do newer cars. This is a very easy car to work on, so labor (if you're not doing it yourself) should be reasonable. The answer depends on your tolerance for repairs, maintenance and old car weirdness. I'd fix it. give it another year or two, then start looking for another with lower miles.
