Default 91/92 740 Turbo Wagon vs 940 Wagon

I've been hunting for a good clean 940 turbo wagon to use as a daily driver.

I've seen a few 1991 or 92 740 Turbo (on the rear) wagons. they've mostly had 15x6 alloy wheels, sunroof, 740 style leather manual seats.

The last 740s sure look the same as the 940s. I know the 940 back seats are a little taller and more comfortable. I know the dash is a little different. is there any significant difference in the body or suspension or engine?

If a 92 740 Turbo wagon is in very good condition, is it every bit as good a vehicle as a 92 940 turbo in similar condition? (and, I'm thinking maybe better, because there aren't power seats or climate control to malfunction).

Rest assured...they are the same car. Whereas the 7 series was a redesign intended to replace the 2 series as early as 85, the 9's are just a continuation of the 7's w/ new sheet metal and minor creature comfort additions.
