My 98' V70 seat belt button broke and I didn't know it. So, when I lowered the seat down the belt retracted and now I can't raise the seat. Does anyone know how I can get the seat belt to come out again so that I can raise the seat?

Usually you have to get the seat bottom loose then unbolt the belt from the floor and fold the seat up and reattach.
