Can anyone inform me on how to replace spark plugs on my 2.4i? It is misfiring a little on startup. Also it takes a long time to crank over. Any ideas?

I have not done it myself, but I hope the info is accurate enough.

For V50:
Start by removing the air intake duct.
Remove the 6 bolts in the front of the upper intake manifold and the 2 in the back side.
Remove the upper intake.
You will need to remove the upper belt cover.
To remove the ignition coils, disconnect the connector, unbolt then lift straight up.
The spark plug is below it.

When you are through, install the new plugs to 20 lb-ft.
I could not find a spec for the coil, but it does not have to super tight - just snug. Volvo recommends a new intake manifold gasket and tighten the bolts alternately.
The spec for those bolts is 8 lb-ft.
Finally, replace the intake duct.

Bosch is the OE supplier (I think the Platinum +4). You can't go wrong there. I have NGK Iridium plugs in my non turbo. They are alright, nothing special. I don't have any experience with any of the budget plugs.
